- Leading a team of two designers, mentoring and ensuring collaboration and effective communication within the team
- Overseeing and contributing to the design of all Verbit products, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric design approach across the product portfolio.
- Focusing on innovative and strategic products, aligning design strategies with the company's overarching goals.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, customers, and development teams, aligning between design goals and overall business objectives
- Contributed to the development and refinement of product strategies, aligning design initiatives with Verbit's long-term vision.
Head of Digital Platforms UX/UI Studio at Maccabi Health

As the head of Digital Platforms UX/UI Studio at Maccabi Health I was responsible for:
- Leading a team of 4 designers
- Designing the user experience and user interface for MaccabiHealth services App the Online platform Maccabi’s pregnancy App and several strategic projects
- Defining and designing the multiple products design system and style guides
- Defining and implementing work processes within the designstudio and work processes with other departments
- Liaising with the senior management, IT devision and dev teams.

As the head of product UX/UI design I was responsible for:
- Establishing the role of Product Designer in the company
- Planing, defining and designing the user experience and user interface for Hexagon financial trading products.

As a UI Instructor I was responsible for leading a student facing 8 week UI course for professional graphic designers and teaching
all aspects of UI from evolution to resolutions, responsive design, conceptualising UI for products and mentoring the students
